Information provided may change without notice due in part to items that may be lost, misplaced or broken. Please bring your own paper goods, toilet paper, soap & cleaning supplies, and linens (sheets & towels). We ask our guests to please take care of the house as if it were your own. Houses are fully furnished and kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Check-in time is 4pm, check-out time is 11am

Renter is responsible to leave property in good/clean condition in order to receive cleaning deposit refund (bring your own cleaning supplies). CHECK IN is at 4pm, CHECK OUT is at 11am.
1. All beds must be stripped of linens and made up.
2. All floors must be swept, mopped and vacuumed
3. All dishes must be washed and put away (not left in dishwasher or drain).
4. All trash must be bagged and placed downstairs
5. Clean downstairs. BBQ pit cleaned out, trash picked up, etc…
6. Fireplace cleaned out
7. Refrigerator must be clean and wiped out.
8. AC/Heater must turned OFF
